Cara, fiz um esquema de fixar a máquina na gaiola pra filmar de dentro dela. Ficou 10, muito bom mesmo, ainda não consegui testar em trilha, pois fiz no fim de semana. Pena que a gaiola está na oficina (de novo) e não posso tirar fotos do esquema.

Um quebra costela, a tua gaiola tá muito tri...

Outro dia eu fixei a minha câmera na gaiola mas ela se desliga com as vibrações...

Putz, ainda não sei se isso vai acontecer com a minha. Mas eu fiz uma caixa tipo "estanque" para não entrar água (não é pra mergulhar, apenas contra respingos) e fiz uma estrutura que funciona quase que como molas para não bater.

Ano passado meu parceiro na trilha filmou de dentro da máquina, estávamos no meio de um reflorestamento na areia solta e pesada pisando o que dava, mas no filme não parece nada, não sei se filmar de dentro resolve, olha o filme ai em baixo! Acho que a solução é desembarcar o co-piloto para que ele filme a passada! E se o barro é bom mesmo gente vai e volta para buscar o companheiro e "passa" de novo!!
Abram o link e vejam os filmes não servem!!

The Ford EX concept vehicle stakes its claim in the extreme domain of the "No Boundaries" SUV line-up, promising a unique, no-compromise driving experience for the off-road enthusiast and extreme sports authority.

"The EX Concept is the farthest extension of the Outfitters family of SUVs yet," says J Mays, Ford Motor Company vice president of Design. "It is the most extreme of the Outfitters concept vehicles and was built to explore a unique lifestyle and cohort group."

This two-seat concept vehicle is purpose-built and features high- quality, detailed composite body sections on a Chrome-Moly steel frame. The frame is tough, durable, resistant to corrosion and ready to take on any off-road adventure.

The mechanicals, such as the transfer case and aluminum radiator with dual fans, are moved rearward to achieve a 50/50 weight distribution, providing optimal traction in rugged terrain. An ecto-skeletal design allows the components to be visible, and removable side body panels are secured to the frame by lightweight aluminum fasteners.

The exposed front frame structure is accentuated by a honeycomb texture front grille and four round high-intensity driving lamps, which gives the overall appearance a tough, solid stance.

The bronze tinted windshield folds down and clips to the top of the hood, giving the occupants the feeling of freedom that comes from open-air driving.

In lieu of door handles, padded grip areas on the top and side frame ease access when climbing in and out of the vehicle. Other features include dual stainless steel side exiting exhausts, five-spoke, 17-inch cast aluminum wheels, and a full size spare tire cradled behind the seating area.

The interior features a full roll cage and seats wrapped in a black and tan all-weather material. This versatile textile resists damage from the sun, ozone and weather and displays outstanding physical toughness. The steering wheel and instruments are mounted on a steering mechanism that glides from side to side to allow for easier entry and exit.

Occupants strap into their seats with four-point safety belts and dual air bags are located in the center of the wheel and the instrument panel.

A removable central storage bin bridges the rear suspension while an additional storage bin is positioned on a bar located under the instrument panel. Map pockets are placed on the side panels to store smaller equipment.

The floor is washable and features integrated molded rubber non-skid pads and floor drain plugs.

Oliveira; não sei se a minha gaiola que estou começando a montar com a mecanica de troller 3.0 vai ter 380hp , mas o troller que hoje corro o brasileiro de rally e fui campeão pernambucano de Jeep cross em 2010. hoje tem 280 hp's, acho que não é dificil consehuir mais 100, acho absurdo, não impossível....

Estou em processo para inicio da montagem de minha gaiola com mecanica do troller 3.0, como dito em meu tópico, meu sonho é um réplica do Ford EX, e o mais perto deste aqui no Brasil que pelo menos tenho tomado conhecimento é a sua Máquina Blue (parabéns), pois todos que pergunto, me dão como referencia sua máquina...

Não pretendo mudar o chassis do troller, dessa forma preciso dequar as medidas da gaiola a ele, peço ajuda ao nobre amigo, se possível nos fornecer desenhos ou medidas as quais, com certeza deves ter sofrido para encontralas e adequalas ao seu projeto...

Abs com muita lama !!!!!!!!!!

Consegui sim, mas o som não fica muito bom, ainda preciso melhorar esta parte. Não tô tendo tempo nem de andar, e vontade não falta.... Tem uns vídeos no Youtube, procura lá em MARCENARIA EZ.

Olá GOR, ando atrapalhado com o trabalho, mas quarta a noite te mando as descrições que precisas, te adianto que lá no início do tópico tem essas informações!
Tenho tudo o que precisas! Para adiantar diz aí qual a largura de da tua máquina (distancia entre rodas) a partir daí vamos calcular o entre eixos, apesar de que eu parti da distancia entre eixos!!
Grande abraço, vamos fazer da tua máquina a nova referencia!!
