Bruno, the red truck here was a cf 6000/7000/8000, I used to work on them alot before I retired, the 6.6 is a good motor, those trcks could also be had with a catapiller or cummins motor. Forn no longer builds truck of that size in the US, they sold there US big truck division to Freightliner.

Mike, these trucks here in Brazil are still manufactured! a short time the cabin was the same with some different details.

In Brazil this truck uses cummins ou MWM engines with Eaton gear box..

Bruno, The Cabover trucks were never very popular here in the USA, most of the bigger trucks are a conventional design, with the motor in the front. you sill see the cabover in some of the bigger cites but not out where I live.

The current wheels on my truck are chrome plated steel, 15x10 with a 5x5.5 lug pattern, I checked on shipping once before on wheels and it was over 1000.00 usd, thats the biggest issue between our countries is the shipping is so high.

Lincoln38 came through for me on the grill and all the needed parts to convert my truck to Brasillian standards, he's a really great guy, I still have not had the chance to get started on my truck, but as soon as I do I will post pictures!
