Muitos por lá recomendam o Valvoline 20W 50.
Modern automotive oils have greatly-reduced levels of zinc- this was added in the past as a sacrificial material to prevent wear to camshafts and followers. Modern engines use roller-equipped cam followers. Without sufficient zinc, there is a probability that the cam lobes will wera out quickly. It's been reduced because zinc in the exhaust ruins catalytic converters.
I use Chevron DELO; there are other brands as well. This is a high zinc content diesel engine oil. I wrote an article about this subject last year which was published by the MVPA (sorry, I don't remember which issue) and there is a thread about this here, somewhere.
