Thank you very much for you help in this matter, Ben is new with us and I know is trying hard to understand the Land Rover mentality and how the system works, unfortunately the amount of emails coming in has grown to such an extent that I had no choice but top take on more help, Ben is genuinely trying his best and will be upset to learn if he has not been performing to his potential, and will do all he can to rectify any mistakes as we of course will do.
We have recently had some major problems with customs and UPS in Brazil, the customs for some reason have been revaluing the contents of parcels to twice or three times their real value, then have charged tax on this value, then fined the customer for mis-declaring the value as well, resulting in large bills of up to 1000 Dollars, which the customer obviously does not want to pay and we have been left to write off the goods and pay these crazy bills from the customs, we will now no longer be using UPS but have switched to Parcelforce and Royal Mail, this could be what some of the complaints may have been about, these were not Bens fault but Customs, I would be more than happy to address all problems and complaints, as the last thing we want is to start getting a bad reputation on the forums, this could not come at a more bad time, Tomorrow I am leaving for a 12 day vacation with my Family, Dayne my Manager will be taking over my emails for this period, he is very good and I know will do his best to help.
If any of the guys over there would rather deal direct with me that is not a problem, you can let them have my email address and I will deal direct, but please explain about my holiday.
